Hi, I’m Juhaina! I coordinate the SeizeABILITY! Program, guiding youth with epilepsy across Ontario to build confidence and succeed in employment. I provide job coaching, workplace accessibility support, and employer outreach to ensure youth have the accommodations and advocacy they need. With an academic background in the study of global health as well as experience managing diverse programs in employment, mental health, and harm reduction, I take a holistic approach to helping young people navigate challenges and maintain resilience. My goal is to empower young people with epilepsy to feel valued, prepared, and ready to shape their professional futures. Through education, collaboration, and disability advocacy, I strive to make employment more inclusive and equitable for long-term career success.
