STREAM: STRategies for Epilepsy And Memory
Memory challenges are a common experience for many people living with epilepsy and can affect daily activities, work, school, and overall quality of life.
STREAM (STRategies for Epilepsy And Memory) is an evidence-based online group program designed to help adults with epilepsy better understand memory difficulties and learn practical strategies to manage them in everyday life.
The program consists of eight weekly one-hour online sessions that provide:
- Education about memory and epilepsy
- Practical memory strategies and how to apply them
- Tips for building healthy habits that support memory
- Peer support from others with shared experiences
Who Can Participate?
You may be eligible if you:
- Have been diagnosed with epilepsy
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Experience memory challenges that affect your daily life
The program is offered free of charge to clients of Epilepsy Toronto. Donations are welcome to help sustain our programs. Click here to donate.
