Hi, I’m Leah and I am a professional with 20 years of experience in health education, client/patient engagement and community outreach. I hold a Doctorate and certification in Health Education, which has provided me with a firm understanding of the social determinants of health and behaviour change models. I look forward to enhancing community relations, engaging clients in shared decision-making and providing services that are inclusive and equitable. I’m committed to developing a client-centred life skills program which is personally tailored to each individual’s strengths and abilities, so they may live safely, with dignity, and have the greatest possible quality of life. I welcome the opportunity to work collaboratively with others to improve engagement and allyship with diverse communities and raise awareness of epilepsy.
