Hello, my name is Jesse, and I am an employment and retention strategist specializing in troubleshooting workplace barriers and supporting inclusive hiring. I focus on connecting job seekers to opportunities, guiding return-to-work planning, and equipping employers with tools for accessibility. Our services include seizure response planning, accommodation strategies, mock interviews, job search coaching, networking, and employer training.

My career experience includes successfully reintegrating individuals into the workforce after extended absences related to epilepsy, often involving tailored return-to-work schedules and targeted safety measures. I strive to develop and deliver data-driven job search strategy workshops that challenge hidden job market myths, offered through both live presentations and the Virtual Employment Office platform.

I hold a Business and Project Management diploma from Centennial College and have contributed to the launch of multiple companies, programs, and community initiatives, including the Café for a Cause, the Athletic and Wellness Centre at Centennial College and the CAN-tastic Food Bank project.
