Hi, my name is Anchugan. I am a Social Worker for Adult Services here at Epilepsy Toronto. I have my Masters of Social Work. In this role, I have the privilege to work with individuals living with epilepsy and their loved ones. I provide education, counselling and advocacy. I work collaboratively with individuals to develop tools and resources to support them as they continue to work towards their life goals while living with epilepsy. Prior to coming to Epilepsy Toronto, I worked in the social service and mental health field for over eight years with diverse populations. I worked as a crisis worker supporting individuals' mental health. I provided support to newcomers, individuals experiencing homelessness and individuals with developmental disabilities. I am passionate about supporting individuals in their time of need and helping empower them to overcome their challenges.
