- Creating a housing vision for you or your loved one
- Discovering strengths and needs and creating a support record
- Investigating how technology may be used to fill gaps to independent living
- Building on natural supports, creating community circles, finding roommates
- Exploring a range of funding supports and services
- Creating an individualized housing plan and budget
