The purpose of the meeting is to review our agency’s achievements during the past year and formally approve:

• minutes of the 2018 AGM
• 2019 audited financial statement
• reappointment of the auditor for the coming year
• the slate of directors for 2020
• proposed revisions to agency by-law #2.
