Are you looking to jump-start your career but not sure where to begin? Do you have a hard time articulating the unique strengths you would bring to an employer? Join Epilepsy Toronto Employment Services for the ALiGN for Diverse Recruitment Webinar.

This 1.5 hour, interactive webinar will explore ALiGN, a new job matching tool that connects job seekers to employers through an aptitude assessment. Given the changing employment landscape, now is a perfect time to uncover your hidden strengths and explore how you can use this information in your job search.

When signing up for ALiGN, job candidates will complete a confidential aptitude assessment. This assessment will identify their own unique characteristics and they are then matched with roles based on aptitude and personality attributes. ALiGN is an opportunity to explore career options you may not have previously considered.

Please email carter@epilepsytoronto.org to reserve your spot in the ALiGN for Diversity Recruitment Webinar and get started on exploring your career journey.
