Our Employment Service Department’s signature event is back – but this time with a twist. For this edition of Speed Mentoring, not only will all mentorees be people living with epilepsy, but all of the mentors too – and that’s why it’s EPIC!
Speed Mentoring is a rapid-fire, micro-counselling event that pairs job seekers with epilepsy with seasoned corporate professionals, and this time it will be taking place virtually, through Zoom. Job seekers are allowed to ask one question—and one question only—to their mentor and have 15 minutes to exchange information. A warning is given, and the job seekers then move on to the next professional with the same question. The process repeats until everyone’s had a shot.
