Career Planning Week

Text: Mon, Nov 11 - Fri Nov 15. Carreer Planning Week: An Online Program for People with Epilepsy.

Have you thought about a change in career? Would you like to go back to school and pursue studies of some kind but are unsure which direction to go in? Career Planning Week is for you!

For five days participants will join us online for a series of interactive workshops that tackle topics to help you get your career on track! With concerns like skills identification, values, preferred work environments, barriers to employment and labour market information addressed, these workshops will include lively group discussions, problem-solving sessions, online inventories and one-to-one sessions to help you explore how epilepsy intersects with your career choices.

From Monday, November 11 to Friday, November 15, job seekers with epilepsy must commit between three to four hours per day for the week. Expect to have assignments to work on at home and reserve time to meet for one-to-one sessions as well. Space is limited so don’t delay, reserve your spot today! The sessions will run roughly from 10 am – 2 pm daily with time built in for lunch breaks.
