DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n\nClasses will be held at 
 the Epilepsy Toronto Office (468 Queen Street East\, Unit 210). If you are
  arriving late please note that the door to our building may be locked. Pl
 ease call our office (416 964 9095) and someone will let you in or search 
 for Epilepsy Toronto on the keypad to contact us.\n\nClass starts at 6:00 
 pm and goes until 7:15pm\, but the actual yoga practice will be an hour lo
 ng. Please do try to be on time so everyone can start together.\n\nYoga in
 structor Michael Alex is knowledgeable and skilled in providing various ty
 pes of yoga including:\n\n 	"All Levels" yoga - a movement class accessibl
 e to people regardless of ability\n 	 Meditation\n 	Restorative yoga (som
 etimes called "sleepy" yoga - it aims to create balance in the body by hel
 ping students to tap into their parasympathetic nervous systems\n 	A 'comb
 o' of the above: sometimes called "moving into stillness"\, inclusive of a
 sana (yoga movement) followed by Restorative and/or Meditation.\n\n[/vc_co

 ined yoga instructor\, Michael Alex. He comes with many years’ of experi
 ence teaching various yoga types and has a personal connection to epilepsy
 . He is passionate about making yoga accessible and helping participants b
 uild strength\, mobility\, balance and get curious about how to practice i
 n ways which speak to their own unique bodies and minds. To learn more abo

 ext]The yoga classes are free but each participant will be asked to pay a 
 one-time registration fee of $20 as a commitment. This will be collected o
 n your first visit to the class.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWhat should I bring to the 
 session?\n\n Yoga mats\n\n Wear comfortable clothing\n\n Other pr
 ops will be determined depending on type of yoga you decide on going forwa
 rd.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPlease complete a registration form\, download HERE and
  return to rsmith@epilepsytoronto.org. This will provide your instructor 
 with relevant information to be best assist you. Please note that your per
 sonal information will be kept confidential. When you have completed the f
 orm you can press the 'Submit' button at the bottom or save with your name
  tagged onto the end before emailing it back (ex: Yoga Intake Form_Joe Smi
