 ed (likely because we are going into a long weekend)\, this class has been

 eparator][vc_column_text]\n\nClasses will be held at the Epilepsy Toronto 
 Office (468 Queen Street East\, Unit 210). If you are arriving late please
  note that the door to our building may be locked. Please call our office 
 (416 964 9095) and someone will let you in or search for Epilepsy Toronto 
 on the keypad to contact us.\n\nClass starts at 6:00 pm and goes until 7:1
 5pm\, but the actual yoga practice will be an hour long. Please do try to 
 be on time so everyone can start together.\n\nYoga instructor Michael Alex
  is knowledgeable and skilled in providing various types of yoga including
 :\n\n 	"All Levels" yoga - a movement class accessible to people regardles
 s of ability\n 	 Meditation\n 	Restorative yoga (sometimes called "sleepy
 " yoga - it aims to create balance in the body by helping students to tap 
 into their parasympathetic nervous systems\n 	A 'combo' of the above: some
 times called "moving into stillness"\, inclusive of asana (yoga movement) 
 followed by Restorative and/or Meditation.\n\n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column

 umn_text]\n\nThe classes will be taught by highly trained yoga instructor\
 , Michael Alex. He comes with many years’ of experience teaching various
  yoga types and has a personal connection to epilepsy. He is passionate ab
 out making yoga accessible and helping participants build strength\, mobil
 ity\, balance and get curious about how to practice in ways which speak to

 are free but each participant will be asked to pay a one-time registration
  fee of $20 as a commitment. This will be collected on your first visit to
  the class.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWhat should I bring to the session?\n\n Yoga 
 mats\n\n Wear comfortable clothing\n\n Other props will be determine
 d depending on type of yoga you decide on going forward.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPle
 ase complete a registration form\, download HERE and return to rsmith@ep
 ilepsytoronto.org. This will provide your instructor with relevant informa
 tion to be best assist you. Please note that your personal information wil
 l be kept confidential. When you have completed the form you can press the
  'Submit' button at the bottom or save with your name tagged onto the end
