Yoga – Cancelled Due to Weather

This class has been CANCELLED due to extreme cold weather.

“It is the exact opposite of what we’re trying to do with yoga practice, if we push ourselves through dangerously cold weather. I love to practice yoga, but sometimes, the best practice is staying warm and healthy.

“Good news is that we had a back-to-back couple of week’s scheduled, so we’ll only have to wait an extra week to practice together again.”  – Michael Alex

Classes will be held at the Epilepsy Toronto Office (468 Queen Street East, Unit 210). If you are arriving late please note that the door to our building may be locked. Please call our office (416 964 9095) and someone will let you in or search for Epilepsy Toronto on the keypad to contact us.

Class starts at 6:00 pm and goes until 7:15pm, but the actual yoga practice will be an hour long. Please do try to be on time so everyone can start together.
