 arch got you down?\nAnxious about that upcoming job interview?\nDo you hav
 e a job but you're worried about disclosing your disability?\nDoes the tho
 ught of having a seizure on the job stress you out?\n\nThen UPLIFT for Emp
 loyment is for you!\n\nUPLIFT is mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural t
 herapy group for adults with epilepsy who are experiencing depression\, an
 xiety\, and/or stress\, with a focus on employment. The hour-long support 
 group will be hosted online for 8 consecutive weeks starting this fall.\n\
 nThis free program will guide you through a series of workshops designed t
 o help you manage the stressful areas of your life and learn new skills in
  self-management. The program will start on September 30 and run weekly un
