 PLIFT for Employment is for you!\n\nUPLIFT is a mindfulness-based cognitiv
 e behavioural therapy group for adults with epilepsy who are experiencing 
 depression\, anxiety\, and/or stress\, with a focus on employment. The hou
 r-long support group will be hosted online for 8 consecutive weeks.\n\nThi
 s free program will guide you through a series of workshops designed to he
 lp you manage the stressful areas of your life and learn new skills in sel
 f-management. The program will start on April 21\, and run weekly until Ju
