 lumn_text]UPLIFT stands for "Using Practice and Learning to Increase Favou
 rable Thoughts”. It is a mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy
  program that improves depression\, and overall psychological quality of l
 ife. Groups of 5-8 adults meet virtually for an hour once a week for 8 wee
 ks.\n\nThe sessions teach valuable coping strategies and topics that inclu
 de: coping and relaxing\, monitoring thoughts\, and preventing future low 
 moods.\n\nParticipants must:\n\n 	be at least 18 years old\n 	have epileps
 y\, seizures\, or a seizure disorder\; or be a caretaker for someone who 
 is\n 	and be struggling with depression or anxiety.\n\n[/vc_column_text][/

 takes place on Tuesdays\, from February 9 to March 30\, and is specificall
 y for caregivers. I is being led by Kaite Armstrong\, Director of Epilepsy
  Toronto's Child &amp\; Youth Services. This session is now full.\nIf you
