  easy to deal with! When too much stress builds up over time\, it can affe
 ct our work\, our personal lives\, and even our health. Learning to deal w
 ith stress in a healthy way can improve our well-being\, at home and at wo
 rk.\n\nThis workshop will explore what stress is and what it feels like. W
 e'll talk about good ways to reduce and recover from stress. You'll have a
  chance to identify some sources of stress in your life and make a plan to
