UP Skills for Work: Stress Management

A computer keyboard with a 'workshop' button.

This UP Skills for Work Workshop, presented by ABC Life Literacy focuses on Stress Management.

Stress is a normal part of life. But that doesn’t mean it’s easy to deal with! When too much stress builds up over time, it can affect our work, our personal lives, and even our health. Learning to deal with stress in a healthy way can improve our well-being, at home and at work.
This workshop will explore what stress is and what it feels like. We’ll talk about good ways to reduce and recover from stress. You’ll have a chance to identify some sources of stress in your life and make a plan to deal with one or more of them.
Pre-registration for this workshop is required and can be completed HERE.
Additionally, participants are asked to complete a short pre-workshop survey – please click the link to complete it.

The workshop will begin at 1:00  pm sharp. For additional information, please contact Carter at carter@epilepsytoronto.org.
