  or activity promptly and efficiently\, without excessive procrastination\
 , hesitation\, or reliance on external prompts. It involves overcoming ine
 rtia\, managing anxiety or boredom\, and initiating action independently. 
 It is often challenging for individuals with ADHD\, anxiety\, or burnout.
