SUMMARY:Support Group for People Living with Functional Seizures
DESCRIPTION:Have you completed the ‘Taking Control of Your Seizures’ pr
 ogram\, but would like to check in with others who are in a similar place?
  In this seasonal\, 90-minute virtual group\, attendees will talk about ho
 w they are taking control\, how they are taking care\, how they are living
  with seizures –  and the obstacles experienced while tackling all of t
 his.  Topics of conversation may revolve around the ‘Taking Control’ 
 program content: getting support/communication\, observing triggers\, thou
 ght records\, expressing emotions\, active relaxation\, dealing with life 
 stresses and enhancing personal wellness. The goals of this support group 
 are to:\n\n\n 	reconnect to the supportive tools and strategies introduced
  in the ‘Taking Control’ program\n 	navigate obstacles clients encount
 er as they live with functional seizures\n 	give peer support to others wh
 o are living with functional seizures\n 	receive peer support from others 
 who are living with functional seizures\n\nAll clients and only clients wh
 o have completed the 'Taking Control of Your Seizures' program will be inv
 ited to attend this group.\nNOTE: The time of the event is to be confirmed
