DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Ready to Launch is a new 4-w
 eek virtual group presented by Epilepsy Toronto's Children and Youth Servi
 ces. This group has the goal of providing practical information and suppor
 tive discussions to prepare youth with epilepsy for the transition to adul
 thood. Topics will include: post-secondary education\, employment\, naviga
 ting the adult health care system\, and living independently. Each session
  will feature breakout group discussions and guest speakers - professional
 s working in the fields of employment\, health care\, and post-secondary e
 ducation\, as well as young adults and their parents with lived experience
  of epilepsy. The group is open to youth in grades 11 through to post-seco
