SUMMARY:Ready to Launch C&Y Program
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=""]Ready to Launch is a 
 new 4-week virtual group presented by Epilepsy Toronto's Children and Yout
 h Services. This group has the goal of providing practical information and
  supportive discussions to prepare youth with epilepsy for the transition 
 to adulthood. Topics will include: post-secondary education\, employment\,
  navigating the adult health care system\, and living independently. Each 
 session will feature breakout group discussions and guest speakers - profe
 ssionals working in the fields of employment\, health care\, and post-seco
 ndary education\, as well as young adults and their parents with lived exp
 erience of epilepsy. The group is open to youth in grades 11 through to po
 st-secondary\, together with their parents/caregivers. \n\nTo sign up for
