 on\, trauma debriefing\, resiliency training\, mental health wellness work
 shops\, employee mediation\, and team building services to organizations.\
 nTheo is a sessional professor at the University of Guelph-Humber and Humb
 er College and an author. One of  his books\, “The Heart of the Pearl\,
 ” is a guide to overcoming abuse. He is a regular on-air contributor to
  AM900 CHML.\nTheo worked for years with Epilepsy Toronto where he served
