Theo Selles, M.Sc. is a Registered Family Therapist with over 25 years experience providing personal and relationship counselling. He  maintains a private practice and operates Integrity Works, a staff development and team building venture where he provides crisis intervention, trauma debriefing, resiliency training, mental health wellness workshops, employee mediation, and team building services to organizations.

Theo is a sessional professor at the University of Guelph-Humber and Humber College and an author. One of  his books, “The Heart of the Pearl,” is a guide to overcoming abuse. He is a regular on-air contributor to AM900 CHML.

Theo worked for years with Epilepsy Toronto where he served as Director of Family Services and Community Development.
