• Creating a housing vision for you or your loved one
• Discovering strengths and needs and creating a support record
• Investigating how technology may be used to fill gaps to independent living
• Building on natural supports, creating community circles, finding roommates
• Exploring a range of funding supports and services
• Creating an individualized housing plan and budget
