Job Search Workshop – DISCLOSURE

Many people with invisible disabilities are challenged by when and how to reveal their disabilities on the job, if at all. So the question becomes, who do I tell, for what purpose, how and when?  This workshop talks about strategies and solutions for overcoming the disclosure dilemma and how to frame disclosure in a positive way. When done right disclosure can lead to a mutual understanding about your needs when it comes to job performance while enabling job seekers to form supportive relationships with employers and colleagues.
