 l their disabilities on the job\, if at all. So the question becomes\, who
  do I tell\, for what purpose\, how and when?  This workshop talks about 
 strategies and solutions for overcoming the disclosure dilemma and how to 
 frame disclosure in a positive way. When done right disclosure can lead to
  a mutual understanding about your needs when it comes to job performance 
 while enabling job seekers to form supportive relationships with employers
