EMP-Disclosure Workshop

Many people with invisible disabilities are challenged by when and how to reveal their disabilities on the job, if at all. So the question becomes, who do I tell, for what purpose, how, and when? This workshop talks about strategies and solutions for overcoming the disclosure dilemma and how to frame disclosure positively. When done right, disclosure can lead to a mutual understanding of your needs when it comes to job performance while enabling job seekers to form supportive relationships with employers and colleagues.
