 acLellan.\n\nThe duty to accommodate workers with disabilities is a shared
  responsibility between employer and employee. Sometimes however\, respons
 ibilities can become grey areas and conflicts arise. When that happens res
 olution isn't always easy. Join us and Mike MacLellan for a stimulating ta
 lk about accommodation from a legal perspective: what it is and what it is

 uman rights\, workplace violence and harassment\, responding to union cert
 ification applications and related employer applications\, construction in
 dustry matters arising under the Labour Relations Act\, and complaints und
 er the Employment Standards Act\, 2000.\n\nWhen matters progress beyond pr
 oviding strategic and proactive advice\, Mike successfully advocates for e
 mployers as at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario\, the Ontario Labour R
 elations Board\, private labour arbitration boards\, the Ontario Grievance
  Settlement Board\, Ontario Superior Court of Justice\, and the Ontario Co
 urt of Justice.\n\nMike has provided sophisticated counsel to numerous pri
 vate sector clients\, as well as institutional and public sector clients i
 ncluding: municipalities\, social service providers\, health care provider
 s and facilities\, and Crown corporations. During his secondment to the LC
 BO\, Mike was actively engaged in grievance arbitration before the Ontario
  Grievance Settlement Board and in mediations opposite a strong provincial
