Do you have a hard time articulating the unique strengths you would bring
to an employer? Join Magnet (an initiative of Ryerson University) and Epil
epsy Toronto Employment Services for the ALiGN for Diverse Recruitment Web
 inar.\n\nThis 1.5 hour\, interactive webinar will explore ALiGN\, a new jo
b matching tool that connects job seekers to employers through a personali
ty assessment. Given the changing employment landscape\, now is a perfect
time to uncover your hidden strengths and explore how you can use this inf
ormation in your job search.\n\nWhen signing up for ALiGN\, job candidates
will complete a confidential personality assessment. This assesment will
identify their own unique characteristics and they are then matched with r
oles based on aptitude and personality attributes. ALiGN is an opportunity
to explore career options you may not have previously considered.[/vc_col
